I consult in analytics and implement solutions in medium and large companies with a great group of expert friends spread all over. Started as a programmer at home, then in semiconductor manufacturing at Intel creating databases and robotic station controllers and eventually moving to engineering management, then to MySpace to direct engineering for internal applications, and on to analytics using Google products for over a decade because it's dynamic, applies my roots as a software data engineer, and it's ever-expansive. Active hobbies: artistic metal and wood-working, knife-making, painter, writer, fixing and restoring old mechanical things, and drawing up new ideas. There are times when I'd like to be singularly focused, but and then I get a new idea.
